Return & Refund Policy

Because all Big Kahuna Gym products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
